From the first light of dawn to farewell, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU)ย  Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) Unit lives by the code of discipline and duty. The day begins with a courtesy call to the University President, followed by the Commandant's briefing, then unfolds into a full-scale evaluation of honor and tactical excellence, arrival honors, turnover of the Unit color, and rigorous drills at the TAU Parade Grounds.

Under the scorching sun and the weight of inspection, cadets and officers prove their readiness, not just in close order drill and small unit tactics, but in every salute, every formation, and every silent resolve. As the Unit color is turned over once more and the RAATI Team departs, what remains is not sweat and tears, but honor.
